We believe that an ingredient essential to the success of any marketing campaign is the recognition and respect for the customer and his/her right to privacy. With this in mind, we have established the following practices to protect the rights of our clients and all prospects we contact on their behalf: 
  • Person to Person Direct is fully committed to protecting the privacy and wishes of all prospects and customers we contact on our clients behalf. Any prospects or customer who requests that they not to be contacted by our clients and/or Person to Person Direct are removed from those contact files. 
  • Person to Person sales representatives and TSR’s are instructed to honor all Do Not Call or Do Not Contact requests by customers. 
  • Person to Person Direct complies with all applicable state and federal Do Not Call laws as well as all DMA Ethics Standards.
  • Telemarketing: When using outside lists for cold calls, Person to Person complies with all industry ethics standards including the National Do Not Call Registry (effective October 1, 2003). 
  • Email Marketing: When using outside lists for email marketing, Person to Person complies with all industry ethics standards including the National CAN SPAM ACT (effective January 1, 2004). Any information collected through any websites operated by Person to Person will not be sold, resold, or shared with any outside agencies unless specifically noted. 

Person to Person Direct’s success in the marketing industry is the result, in large part, of a concerted effort to treat all customers with dignity and respect. Our future success depends on this approach to a greater degree than ever before, and we are fully committed to maintaining our current policies.
